You have 7 days from the date of delivery to issue a return notification to firstname.lastname@example.org and a response will be sent out within 24-48hrs with further directions. Please add your invoice number in the subject line (ex. Return- order number #1003). Include which items are being returned to generate a return label. Items must be still be sealed, unopened, and unused. If items are damaged pictures will be required in initial email. All returns must be processed through USPS.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment, contact the bank or agency for original payment method to claim funds. Refunds take 10 days to be credited back to the original form of payment.
